I’m Claire Poole, a passionate and dedicated professional coach based in Somerset. Through my practice, The Alchemy Coaching Experience, I specialise in Life Purpose and Leadership Coaching, helping individuals navigate change, overcome obstacles, and embrace personal and professional growth.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate and healthcare settings, I bring integrity, reliability, and a dynamic approach to my coaching. I support clients facing work-related transitions, lifestyle changes, and health concerns, guiding them towards a renewed and empowered outlook on life.

Group Sessions

I coach multiple individuals in a group session on a common goal they all wish to achieve. The group setting can be held face to face or virtually, enabling the individuals to learn from each other, gain support and be held accountable to achieve their goal.

Working with Claire has been a truly transformative experience. I'll be honest—it hasn't always been easy. At times, the coaching process felt daunting and uncomfortable, pushing me to confront areas of my life I hadn’t fully acknowledged before. Claire challenged me in ways I didn’t expect, but that’s exactly what I needed.

Through her guidance, I’ve seen a massive shift in both my personal and professional life. I’m now more confident and have a renewed sense of self-belief. One of the most valuable tools Claire helped me develop is the ability to step outside of myself and reflect on my actions and beliefs from another person’s perspective. This has been eye-opening, allowing me to not only grow as an individual but also to improve how I interact with others at work and at home.
